Blood Red Roses runs LARP events three times annually, usually at Ashclyst Forest's Caddihoe Scout Camp in the heart of National Trust managed woodland. The site comprises a thatched cottage and barn area as well as several fields and acres of woodland.

Players and crew may choose to sleep either communally in a covered area or pitch a tent in one of the fields.

Breakfast of a bacon roll or vege alternative is provided on both mornings of the events and a communal evening meal is served on the Saturday for players and crew to relax together.
